One of Bissell Development’s current projects, the Harris Building and the Boyle Building, are two ten-story towers located on the 14th green of the GolfCourse at Ballantyne Resort.  These two buildings will add approximately 500,000 square feet of environmentally sustainable Class "A" office space to Ballantyne Corporate Park upon their completion in Fall 2008.

The Irby Building and the Hayes Building, two six-story buildings on the 12th green of the Golf Course at Ballantyne Resort, are two additional Bissell Development current projects. These buildings will add approximately 300,000 square feet of environmentally sustainable Class "A" office space to Ballantyne Corporate Park.

The Irby Building (pictured above on the right) was completed in April 2008 and is now home to its first tenant occupying approximately 9,600 square feet of office space.  The Hayes Buidling (pictured above on the left) is scheduled for completion in early August 2008.
