Comprised of professionals in the property management, building engineering and construction services fields, our Property Services team takes pride in not only taking care of our buildings, but on building relationships with our tenants. Our building engineers are equipped with hand held devices that utilize a web-based maintenance program that ensures accurate and timely response to tenant service requests and issues. Our tenants are able to submit any requests for service via the web and check on the status of their request in real time. With a service goal to proactively anticipate tenants’ needs, our communication and response to their requests creates a working environment that allows our tenants to focus on their core business by leaving their work environment to us.
